Old's Cool Choppers
Our Narrow Lopped Springer Front Fork

This narrow springer motorcycle front end comes in 5 under stock length to 6 over stock - 17.5 to 28.5 inches this number is measured from the top of the bottom tree where the neck would sit to the center of the axle hole in the rocker arm.

The main rear legs as well as front loop are made from top of the line .120 wall 4130 chromoly tubing

17-4 stainless steel as well as 4130 moly hardware is used in the trees

With its original looped style springer front legs its design is classic and has a true vintage look and feel. 

100 % Tig Welded in a fixed jig for precision and quality control. 

Ribbed top and bottom triple trees are CNC cut to perfection.

Rocker arms are machined with a 3/4 inch bronze bushing “ID” hole for the front wheel axle

4.50 inches between rear legs

These top of the line motorcycle front ends come in raw steel finish or can be upgraded to gloss black powder coat or a triple plate chrome - any upgraded finish will add an additional fee and a wait period of 14-21 working days please check drop boxes for options.

We can create any custom option for your newest bobber or chopper style hand built motorcycle.  

Our springer front ends come with a 1 inch neck stem for Harley Davidson style necks that accept press in races or push in neck cups, the same neck is commonly used on aftermarket frames for Yamaha, Triumph, BSA and many other custom motorbikes

All custom motorcycle springers come with chrome inner and outer springs.

Springer comes with 2-1/2 inch flat head bolts for holding top tree to legs and 2- 1/2 inch flat head bolts for your handle bar risers these bolts will be stainless steel.

Springers are made to order & can be 6-8 weeks for manufacturing time before delivery
